Crystal Emerick is the founder and executive director of Brave Step. A survivor, advocate and nonprofit leader, she envisioned Brave Step’s Loved Ones program to strengthen trauma-informed support for survivors and their support systems. She brings lived experience, communications expertise and systems-level insight to survivor-centered community care.
