By combining research, theory, and practical application, it aims to shift mental health treatment from well-intentioned to truly transformative.

Ieisha Beasley DSW, LCSW-S
Ieisha Beasley, a Kentucky social worker and mental health provider with 10+ years of experience, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker passionate about holistic and culturally responsive care. She runs a private practice, mentors professionals, teaches at the University of Saint Mary, and actively serves her community. Dr. Beasley is a two-time University of Kentucky graduate with a bachelor's and doctorate degree and a master's from the University of Louisville.

Brittany Reed, DSW, LMFT-S
Brittany Reed, a University of Kentucky Doctor of Social Work graduate, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in children and their families. With over ten years of experience in the field she teaches at Kentucky State University. Her passion lies in advocating for children, families, and the Black community.
